Welcome to Bewtiq! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bewtiq mobile application, website, and services (collectively, the “Platform”). By using or accessing the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
- Eligibility
- 1.1 You meet the minimum age requirement (14 years).
- 1.2 If under 18, your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

- Use of the Platform

- 3.3 Bewtiq may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
- Service Providers
- Users engage directly with third-party providers.
- Bewtiq is not liable for provider conduct or quality of service.
- Payments
- Provide accurate payment info.
- Authorize charges as agreed.
- 5.1 Third-party processors are used, and Bewtiq disclaims their liability.
- Intellectual Property
- All Platform content belongs to Bewtiq. Reuse requires explicit permission.
- Disclaimers
- The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties.
- Access and functionality are not guaranteed.
- Limitation of Liability
- 8.1 Bewtiq is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages.
- Losses from service interactions or unauthorized account access.
- Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
